A competition designed to challenge students and recent graduates to tackle pressing social, environmental and economic issues through design thinking.
This project was for a RSA Student Design Awards competition for the brief ‘Sleep Matters’. The brief was as follows:
Design a product, service or system to improve health and wellbeing by encouraging and/or enabling better sleep.
I did some research on the subject and found many sources citing that lack of sleep was a result of stress and anxiety and therefore could be helped by the aid of meditation to remedy this.
