Delving into the print-based side of graphic design to create a poster for the university degree show.

This project was set during the third and final year of my time at university. It was made to find a suitable degree poster for the end of year show for the art students; of course there would be no point outsourcing work to a graphic designer when there were plenty of talented designers at the university who would be delighted to have their work showcased.

The project was relatively straight forward; it just needed to display what the poster was for, where the degree show was being held and on which dates, as well as the university’s name.

With it being such a straight-forward task, I first started out with an idea for a straight-forward and simplistic design before my process taking a more abstract route.
